DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE <br /> PROPOSED TABLE OF ORGANIZATION <br /> Finance Director <br /> Deputy Finance Director <br /> <br /> Accts Budget Purchasing Treasury Data Proc RPT (Reserved) <br /> The Department of Finance currently consists of six divisions plus <br /> the administration. With the exception of Data Processing and Real <br /> Property Taa, this structure has been in existence since the <br /> inception of the County Charter in 1968. <br /> The Department has recognized the following as functions needing <br /> attention: <br /> 1. External Auditor's comments relating to internal audit <br /> function. <br /> 2. Property Management - Disposition, leases, exchanges, etc. <br /> 3. Transfer of Driver Licensing <br /> A Deputy Finance Director will be assigned the following: <br /> 1. Supervision of daily operations. <br /> 2. Handling complaint referrals. <br /> 3. Approvals of routine matters, e.g., timesheets, <br /> certification of funds, etc. <br /> 4. Coordination of Quarterly Training Program. <br /> 5. Coordination of Special Projects. <br /> <br />
