Based on a 2021 <br /> market study, the HICDC has determined that there is a greater need for low-to <br /> moderate-income housing units that serve households with children. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to amend resolution 476-18 to allow HICDC to construct <br /> affordable rental housing units for both seniors and households with children and to set <br /> the lease rental amount at Ten Dollars ($10.00)per year. <br /> If there are any questions,please feel free to contact Kaloa RN Robinson of the Office of <br /> Housing and Community Development at 961-8379. <br /> Deanna S.
