REQUEST. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community-Development ( HCI ) is requesting to amend resolution 476-18 with <br /> a Resolution to align the use of the parcel with Executive Order 4531, which will allow the Hawaii Island <br /> Community Development.Corporation (HI D )to include housing for families with children, Further,the <br /> request to amend the resolution would also allow foa reduction in housing units and set the lease rental <br /> price at$10.00 per year,which is consistent with previous Mohouli phases:, <br /> H. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS DEEDED <br /> Governor's Execrative Order 4531 transferred management to the County of Hawaii of a parcel of 9.091- <br /> acres for the purposes of providing elderly and/or affordable rental housing and related purposes. Resolution <br /> 476-18 only allowed senior housing arra stated that the project would have 200 units.
