Hale Ola O Mohouli Affordable Residential Development <br /> Transportation Impact Assessment Report <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation is proposing to expand the existing <br /> Mohouli Senior Residences in Hilo, Hawaii. Hale Ola O Mohouli will add up to 90 <br /> affordable residential uses. <br /> The existing Mohouli Senior Residences has 184 residential units and at Adult Day Care <br /> Center. <br /> The proposed development site is located on Mohouli Street between Komohana Street <br /> and Kukuau Street. Figure 1 illustrates the project location. <br /> This transportation impact analysis report (TZAR) documents existing transportation <br /> conditions, projects future conditions in the vicinity of the proposed development with <br /> and without the proposed housing development and assesses the transportation impacts <br /> of the proposed action.
