Hale Ola 0 Mohouli Affordable Residential Development <br /> Transportation Impact Assessment Report <br /> 2.0 EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> 2.1 Site Description <br /> The proposed Hale Ola 0 Mohouli affordable residential development will be on parcel <br /> TMK (3) 2-4-001:168 located on Mohouli Street between Komohana Street and Kukuau <br /> Street. The currently vacant site is located between existing single-family residential <br /> development on Kukuau Street and the future County of Hawaii Fire Department <br /> Dispatch Center. <br /> Access to the site is proposed via a right-in/right-out driveway with direct access to <br /> Mohouli Street and via a driveway that would connect to existing Kupuna Place. Kupuna <br /> Place provides access to Mohouli Street for the existing Mohouli Senior Residences and <br /> will also provide access for the future County of Hawaii Fire Department Dispatch <br /> Center. The Hale Ola 0 Mohouli driveway will connect to Kupuna Place via an <br /> easement that crosses the future County of Hawaii Fire Department Dispatch Center <br /> site.
