On behalf of constituents of the Lei Ki5puna and Lei `Ohana at Kamakana Villages in North Kona,I am part of a comprehensive effort to reduce illegal behavior such as loitering, littering,illegal consumption of alcohol,in order to promote a safer and cleaner area on and around Ka`eka Street. I have prepared a resolution pursuant to County Code Section 24-153.3, for introduction at Council to assist our efforts,which resolution would authorize the temporary closure and barricade of the southern roadway stub-out of Ka`eka Street, We will contact you when this resolution is scheduled for hearing at Council.
