The LUPAG Map establishes the basic urban and non- <br /> urban form for areas within the County. <br /> The subject property is designated for Low Density Urban uses which typically <br /> consist of residential units with a unit density of up to six (6) units per acre of land, with <br /> ancillary community and public uses, and neighborhood and convenience-type <br /> commercial uses.
