In that event, they will be treated pursuant to acceptable <br /> protocols and policies of the State. These include immediate <br /> stoppage of construction activity, consultation with the State <br /> Historic Preservation Division, and implementation of the agreed <br /> upon mitigation before commencement of further work within the <br /> affected area. <br /> C. Mitigative Measures <br /> The applicant intends to provide any required off and on-site <br /> infrastructure in conjunction with the development of this project. <br /> These will include on-site drainage system, landscaping, water, and <br /> roadway improvements. All of these will be done in conjunction <br /> with the permitting and permit implementation phases of this <br /> project. <br /> Relative to archaeological features, none recommended for <br /> preservation were found within the subject site.
