Its development should thus not <br /> result in the expansion or extension of government <br /> services. <br /> g. Slope of Property <br /> There is a benign slope running in a mauka/makai <br /> direction. However, the difference —with the <br /> exception of the floodway near the bottom and <br /> northeast portion of the site — is less than 10 percent. <br /> The slope would not render the site undevelopable or <br /> pose an extraordinary development risk.
