The grant funds <br /> will be used to renovate the Feed Mill at the University of Hawai`i, at Hilo, andto <br /> conduct a study of gorse and other feedstock as a livestock feed for palatability and <br /> weight gain. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds.
