The properties straddle the east and west sides of Lehua <br /> Street, north (makai) of the Hawai`i Belt Road and south (mauka) of the Honoka`a Park complex, <br /> portion of Papa'anui&Haina, Hamakua, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council based on the <br /> Planning Director's recommendation with the following amendments: <br /> • Condition N(Fair Share): Deletion of the last line related to the exclusion of lots sold for <br /> excess housing credits. <br /> The-conditions in the draft bill attached to this letter reflect the Commission's changes discussed <br /> above. <br /> The Commission's concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for favorable <br /> consideration of the request: <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
