Green <br /> of Hilo to the Hawaii County Board of Appeals to replace <br /> Mildred C. Mosher of Ka'u who had resigned on January 21, 1997, <br /> to serve as a member of the Hawaii County Planning Commission. <br /> Mr. Green is lifetime resident of Hawaii, and since 1991, has <br /> been the Owner/President of the PCI Chemical Corporation. <br /> Prior to that, he was employed as a Vice-President of Sales <br /> with Allied Machinery (1970-1990). He is a member of the Board <br /> of the Hilo Yacht Club and Vice-President of the Hilo Stroke <br /> Club of the American Heart Association. Mr. Green is a <br /> Democrat. <br /> If approved, Mr. Green will serve the balance of the unexpired <br /> term which will end on December 31, 1997.
