COUNT'S OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 'ATE OF•µ►'� <br /> BILL NO. 222 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-19 (NORTH HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 <br /> EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br /> AGRICULTURAL—20 ACRES (A-20a) TO FAMILY AGRICULTURAL—ONE ACRE <br /> (FA-Ia)AT `O`QKALA, NORTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: <br /> 3-9-001:023, AND 031. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-19, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at `O`6kala, North Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural—One Acre (FA-1 a): <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Parcel 4 of Tax Map Key(3) 3-9-01, the <br /> coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station <br /> "HUMU`ULA"being 5,709.26 feet North and 1,792.09 feet West, and running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 1920 33' 29" 967.81 feet, along Parcel 4 and Lot 161, <br /> along remainder of Grant 2467 to <br /> Hanehane and Ka`awapu`upu`uole; <br /> thence, along Parcel 24, along <br /> remainder of Grant 2467 to <br /> Hanehane and Ka`awapu`upu`uole <br /> on a curve to the right with a radius <br /> of 1,462.66 feet, the chord azimuth <br /> and distance being: <br /> -1- <br />
