BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDEDt° <br /> The County of Hawaii was awarded by the State of Hawaii and appropriated $720,000.00 for FYI8 HSP, <br /> Hawaii County Civil Defense Agency is now being awarded an additional $26,057.96 by the State of Hawaii, <br /> Department of Defense, Office of Homeland Security(OHS), which brings the County of Hawaii FY16 HSCP <br /> appropriation to $746,057.96. It was discovered that there were additional expenditures that need to be paid <br /> through the above county expense account for the Hilo ECC renovation and expansion project.
