REQUEST: <br /> The Department of Public Works Building Division is requesting a resolution authorizing the payment of funds <br /> of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one (1) multifunction color <br /> copier, scanner, printer. The machine will be assigned to the Building Division in the West Hawaii Civic <br /> Center office. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The multifunction machine will be used to create high-quality larger prints, day-to-day regular prints, and as a <br /> scanner to archive our printed records.
