All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and not directed toward any <br /> adjacent properties. A drainage study shall be prepared, and the recommended drainage <br /> system shall be constructed meeting the approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> The developer will ensure that all development-generated runoff conforms with Chapter 10 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code regarding Erosion and Sediment Control. Post development stormwater <br /> discharge will be mitigated by the newly constructed drainage system within the project site and <br /> designed to not impede on any adjacent properties. A drainage study will be prepared prior to <br /> construction and the Department of Public Works will be consulted to ensure that the drainage <br /> system meets the standards of the department. <br /> 4.
