These funds will be used to purchase asphalt concrete <br /> pavement materials and for the Pauahi Street Bridge Rehabilitation project. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the November 16, 2022 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> this transaction.
