(37) Emergency command center. Section 11.9.5 is amended by adding <br /> paragraphs 12, 13, and 14 at the end of the section, to read as follows: <br /> "(12) The room shall be accessible from the exterior of the building. <br /> (13) Control panels in the emergency command center shall be permanently <br /> identified as to its function. <br /> (14) Alarm, supervisory and trouble signals shall be annunciated in compliance <br /> with the fire code in the emergency command center by means of an audible <br /> and visual indicator." <br /> [2018 HSFC: 38] <br /> (38) Roof access for one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses. Section <br /> 11.12.2.2.2 is amended to read as follows: <br /> "11.12.2.2.2 Roof Access for One- and Two-Family Dwellings and <br /> Townhouses for Photo-voltaic Systems. One- and two-family dwellings need <br /> not comply with this section." [2018 HSFC: 39] <br /> (39) Fire door identification. Section 12.4.7 is added to read as follows: <br /> "12.4.7 Fire Door Identification. When required by the AHJ, a sign shall be <br /> displayed permanently near or on each required fire door in letters not less than <br /> one inch high. The wording of the required sign can only be modified with prior <br /> written approval of the AHJ.
