In 2012 they were having so much trouble with the unfunded liability. We <br /> are not leaving trouble recruiting fire firefighters, only police officers. <br /> CM Kimball: We have 60 open positions right now in the police department so we <br /> need to do something. <br /> CM Waters:I get the recruitment part but the retirement part is scary, there are a lot <br /> ready to retire.
