Section 13.7.1.9.4 is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "13.7.1.9.4 Where permitted by Chapter 11 through Chapter 43 of NFPA 101, a <br /> positive alarm sequence shall be permitted, provided that it is in accordance with <br /> NFPA 72. The following additional requirements shall also apply: <br /> (1) An automatic fire sprinkler system installed in conformance with the <br /> building code shall be provided throughout the building or facility; <br /> (2) Written fire emergency procedures and an evacuation plan for the building <br /> or facility shall be reviewed by the AHJ prior to approval testing. The <br /> procedures and plan shall include, but not be limited to immediate <br /> notification to the fire department, use of primary and secondary exits, use <br /> of fire protection appliances for the building(s) or facility(ies); <br /> (3) Trained personnel shall respond to emergencies on a twenty-four hour <br /> basis.
