I <br /> E <br /> i <br /> B. The Applicant shall be responsible for complying with all requirements of <br /> I <br /> Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to permissible uses within the <br /> State Land Use Agricultural District. <br /> C. The Applicant is responsible for maintaining valid water commitments to support <br /> the proposed subdivision until such time that required water facilities charges are <br /> paid in full. <br /> D. Prior to issuance of Final Subdivision Approval, the Applicant shall construct <br /> necessary water improvements, including, but not limited to, installation of a <br /> water meter fronting each proposed parcel, meeting with the approval of the <br /> Department of Water Supply. <br /> i <br /> E. Final Subdivision Approval for the proposed subdivision shall be secured within <br /> five (5)years from the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> F. All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and not be directed <br /> toward any adjacent properties. A drainage study, if required, shall be prepared <br /> and the recommended drainage system shall be constructed meeting the approval <br /> of the Department of Public Works. <br /> G. All earthwork and grading activity shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and <br /> Sedimentary Control of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> H. Vehicular access to individual lots shall be prohibited from Kuakini Highway. <br /> I. All driveway connections and construction within the Pomaika`i Street <br /> Right-of-Way shall conform to Chapter 22, County Streets, of the Hawaii County <br /> Code. <br /> -5- <br /> I <br /> E <br /> ,t <br /> I <br />
