The following is a summary of the work being <br /> conducted by the Executive Director, Nahelani Parsons. <br /> 1. DCCA Annual Business filing was filed for HSAC. Please note that none of the officers <br /> had changed at the time of filing. This will need to be amended and revised when the <br /> new officers take effect in January of 2023. The Certificate of Good Standing is available <br /> online. <br /> 2. Attorney General Charitable Organizations Filings.A request has been submitted to the <br /> AG's office for support to start getting us up to date with filings that are missing for the <br /> years from 2015-2020. j <br /> 1 <br /> 3. Treasury Update:Executive Director is meeting with the Treasurer's team on November <br /> 17, 2022 to review the outstanding receipts and items that need to be uploaded to j <br /> Quickbooks dating back to 2019. There are approximately 150 items and this project will <br /> take several weeks to complete. <br />
