City and County of Honolulu <br /> CM Waters: HNL voting on Dec 7 full council. <br /> b. Legislative update from the HSAC Lobbyist, including post-election <br /> results and potential leadership updates. <br /> Lobbyist:Discussion on the bill for early retirement. Will help with recruitment. <br /> Departments would say it will help with their recruitment. Need to have the police <br /> departments step up to testify. Will start preparing testimony. <br />
