Legislative Update <br /> Jon Okudara: Retirement for police officers, any member with 25 years of service, <br /> any member would qualify rather than just police officers. SB1158, introduced in the <br /> Senate, is moving, working on adding HSAC language to this measure. Scheduled <br /> for a hearing on Wednesday. <br /> Special management bill, SB74 is moving over the two HSAC bills. The tobacco <br /> product bills, the SHAG bill is not moving but there are other versions moving. There <br /> are a number of tobacco bills primarily to do with vaping. The traffic fines bill still <br /> has time because the house bill has a single referral.
