Entities responsible for implementing these actions are mostly County <br /> departments but also include the private sector and individuals. Lead County departments for this <br /> cascade are as follows: <br /> • Planning Department (DP) <br /> • Department of Public Works (DPW) <br /> • Department of Finance (DF) <br /> • Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) <br /> • Department of Environmental Management (DEM) <br /> • Research & Development (R&D) <br /> 2A. Human Hearten <br /> Recommended actions at this intervention point fall under three strategies, with a total of seven actions, <br /> as presented in the sections and tables below. <br /> 2A1.
