REQUEST: <br /> A resolution is requested authorizing the County (via Animal Control & Protection Agency) to accept a <br /> donation from Alexander& Baldwin LLC, in the amount of$5,000.00 to provide the Animal Control & <br /> Protection Agency funds to be used for capacity-building equipment and supplies in order to provide Animal <br /> Control services across the island. <br /> Also requesting a bill to appropriate $10,000 into the Animal Control & Protection Agency account for the <br /> $5,000 donation and an additional $5,000 for aniticipated future donations in FY 2023-24 <br /> B.
