Board of Directors shall develop policies and procedures necessary to ensure responsible fiscal <br />operation. <br />SECTION 2: Dismissal Policy <br />The Board reserves the right to dismiss board members when a board member fails to their <br />perform duties (ARTICLE IV, SECTION 3) and/or fails to comply with meeting attendance <br />policy (ARTICLE VII, SECTION 5). <br />4 Board members subject to dismissal shall be voted on by the board with the subject board <br />member required to abstain. <br />
