Additional funds in the amount of $344,199 are being provided by the State of <br />Hawaii Department of the Attorney General to be used to provide assistance and support <br />to victims and witnesses through the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Victim - <br />Witness Assistance Program. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br />additional funds into the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Aid To Victims account, <br />bringing the total appropriation to $443,371. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Grant Nagata, of the Office of the <br />Prosecuting Attorney at 934-3310. <br />0- 'J <br />Deanna S.
