BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Additional funds have been provided by the State for our Aid to Victims (Victim/Witness Program). The <br />Victim Witness Program provides assistance and support services to the victims and witnesses through our <br />Victim Assistance Unit.
