BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED). <br />The Department of Parks and Recreation would like to provide a $66,815.00 grant to Hawaii HI -Diving <br />Friends for their Charles "Sparky" Kawamoto Swim Stadium Dive Tower New Staircase project. The existing <br />dive tower staircase is in a state of disrepair, unusable and presents a safety hazard.
