5. On August 30, 1994, Petitioner filed its Motion to <br />waive Requirement for Metes and Bounds Descriptiorm <br />6. On September 6, 1994, the Executive Officer <br />accepted the Petition as a complete filinge <br />7. on October 26, 1994, Petitioner filed its Second <br />Amended Petition For Land Use District Amendment ("Second Amended <br />Petition"). The Second Amended Petition increased the Petition <br />Area from approximately 3,017 acres to approximately 3,717 acres <br />by adding five additional parcels identified as TMK: 7-3-09: <br />portion of 25, 26, 28; 7-6-13: 9, and 7-7-08: 105, and deleting <br />one parcel identified as TK: 7-3-10: 31. <br />.1.11. On November 22, 1994, Petitioner filed its Third <br />Amendment to Petition for Land Use District Boundary Amendment <br />("Third Amended Petition"). The Third Amended Petition increased <br />the Petition Area from approximately 3,717 acres to approximately <br />3,784 acres by adding the previously deleted parcel identified as <br />TM.K: 7-3-10: 31. <br />9. On November 22, 1994, Petitioner filed its Motion <br />to Waive Requirement for Landowner's Written Authorization. <br />10. On December 1, 1994, a meeting was held by the <br />Commission to consider Petitioner's Motion To Waive Requirements <br />For Metes and Bounds Description. The motion was granted by the <br />Commission subject to the condition that at any time in the <br />future when a more accurate metes and bounds description of a <br />portion of the property is needed, at the request of the <br />Commission, Petitioner will provide a metes and bounds <br />description and map.
