The Petition Area extends from Kailua-Kona to <br />Keauhou 2nd, North Kona, Island and County of Hawaii, State of <br />Hawaii. The affected parcels are interspersed among existing <br />Urban -designated lands within this area of Kona. <br />62. The sixteen lots involved in the petition are <br />owned by various landowners who have authorized Petitioner to <br />submit the Petition, as amended, and include their properties for <br />-13- <br />
