10-11,that the Mayor of the County of Hawai`i is authorized to execute, on behalf of the County, <br /> an intergovernmental agreement with the University of Hawai`i, a public body corporate and the <br /> public Licensor of the State of Hawai`i,that will constitute an Intergovernmental Agreement; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years <br /> to cover the anticipated obligations of the County under the terms of the agreement; and <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Director of Finance,Mayor Mitchell D.
