If deletion of Conditions B and C is not possible, the <br /> applicant is requesting a ten (10)-year time extension to Condition B to Secure Final Plan <br /> Approval and to amend Condition C to allow construction to commence within two (2) years of <br /> receipt of Final Plan Approval and be completed within five (5) years thereafter of Ordinance <br /> No. 00-90.
