BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that the <br /> Sister City relationship between the County of Hawai`i and Hualien County is hereby reaffirmed. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this body hereby approves of and urges the Mayor <br /> of the County of Hawai`i and the Magistrate of Hualien County to execute the documents <br /> necessary to put into effect the reaffirmation of this relationship. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable Mitchell D.
