The property is located in the Kaloko <br /> Mauka Subdivision at the 2,200 foot elevation, along the south side of Kaloko Drive at <br /> Kaloko, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-3-24:12. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Owner: Exchange Properties Corporation is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The owner wishes to subdivide the property into a total of seven lots in <br /> sizes of 3 or more acres. <br /> 3.
