SECTION 3. Chapter 5, article 7, section 5-7-2 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 <br /> Edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5-7-2. Plan review fee for pre-approved [model] plans [far <br /> residential-dwellings]. <br /> [A plan review f e shall be a ea ode1 rl,,,,s f r-residential dwellings Each <br /> unique model plan of a residential dwelling shall be subject to a separate fee. These one <br /> time plan review fees shall be based on the schedule below.] Each pre-approved plan <br /> shall be subject to a plan review fee based on the schedule below. <br /> PLAN REVIEW FEE FOR PRE-APPROVED [MODEL] PLANS <br /> ] <br /> Category Fees <br /> A. [County of Hawai`i, Department of Public Works, Building $150 <br /> Division pre approved single family dwelling with <br /> architect or structural engineer stamp 900 sq. ft. 1,100 sq. <br /> ft. (living area only with one car or two car carport).] Plans <br /> with enclosed roof coverage of 1,100 sq. ft. or less. <br /> B. [County of Hawai`i, Department of Public Works, Building $200 <br /> Division pre approved single family dwelling with <br /> architect or structural engineer stamp 1,101 sq. ft. 1,400 <br /> sq. ft. (living area only with one car or two car carport).] <br /> Plans with enclosed roof coverage of 1,101 sq. ft. up to <br /> 1,400 sq. ft. <br /> C. [Dwellings r i,40 s cl„ding al gle f rtiily $20 per 100 sq. ft. <br /> model homes with no minimum sq. ft. requirement. (To or fraction thereof' <br /> include all enclosed areas under roof.)] Plans with enclosed <br /> roof coverage of 1,401 sq. ft. or more. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material, and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> 3 <br />
