Now will mandate 2. <br /> CM Kiaaina: No rush to enact, hope the law is repealed. Efforts to update the land use <br /> ordinance, is whether to have 2 ADUS and/or an Ohana unit. <br /> CM Rapozo: 1st tier will pay $11.30 up to $1M, $1M-$2.5M is Tier 2, then Tier 3 is the one <br /> above. <br /> Amortization bill is amortizing the grandfathered uses, so when they sell they can no longer sell <br /> the TVR license. <br /> CM Waters: Request Kauai keep HSAC updated on the process of that bill. <br /> CM Kimball: Q on ohana v.
