FY 2025-2026 Waiwai Grant Scoring Rubric <br />All Council Members shall have the opportunity to evaluate all applications forwarded by the <br />Finance Department. All scores shall be submitted to the Chair of the permitted interaction <br />group. Any application scoring an average of less than 70% shall not be recommended for <br />funding. <br />Regardless of the award amount, any organization receiving Waiwai Grant funding must meet <br />the outputs and outcomes proposed in its original application. <br />1.
