SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, entitled <br />"No parking at anytime," subsection (c) Kohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 <br />Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new listings to be appropriately inserted and to read <br />as follows: <br />• Opelo Road, east side, from a point two hundred forty-two feet north of Kawaihae Road <br />and extending one hundred seventy-one feet in the northerly direction. <br />• Opelo Road, east side, from a point four hundred thirty-five feet north of Kawaihae Road <br />and extending fifty-seven feet in the northerly direction. <br />• Opelo Road, west side, from the Kawaihae Road intersection and extending one hundred <br />fifteen feet in the northerly direction. <br />• Opelo Road, west side, from a point two hundred twenty-two feet north of Kawaihae <br />Road and extending two hundred thirty feet in the northerly direction. <br />SECTION 4. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />N <br />
