<br />FC-45 October 1, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 211: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 24-32, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAIʻI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2025 <br />Increases revenues in the Federal Grants – American Rescue Plan Act Local <br />Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund account ($32,922.96); and appropriates <br />the same to the American Rescue Plan Act Local Assistance and Tribal <br />Consistency Fund account, for a total appropriation of $832,922.96. Funds would <br />be used for any governmental purpose other than a lobbying activity. <br /> <br />Reference: Comm. 1056 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Kānealiʻi-Kleinfelder (B/R) <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 214: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 24-33, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025 <br /> Increases the Environmental Management Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Rehabilitation and Replacement project by $116 million, bringing the total <br />appropriation to $226 million.
