BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION USE ADDITIONAL SHEET AS NEEDED)� <br />The Department of Parks and Recreation would like to provide a $62,850.00 grant to Hawaii HI -Diving <br />Friends for their Charles "Sparky" Kawarnoto Swim Stadium Dive Tower New Staircase project.. The existing <br />dive tower staircase is in a state of disrepair, unusable and presents a safety hazard.
