SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, entitled <br /> "No parking at anytime," subsection(e) Kohala, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 <br /> Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new listings to be appropriately inserted and to read <br /> as follows: <br /> • Opelo Road, east side, from a point two hundred forty-two feet north of Kawaihae Road <br /> and extending one hundred seventy-one feet in the northerly direction. <br /> • Opelo Road, east side, from a point four hundred thirty-five feet north of Kawaihae Road <br /> and extending fifty-seven feet in the northerly direction. <br /> • Opelo Road, west side, from the Kawaihae Road intersection and extending one hundred <br /> fifteen feet in the northerly direction. <br /> • Opelo Road, west side, from a point two hundred twenty-two feet north of Kawaihae <br /> Road and extending two hundred thirty feet in the northerly direction. <br /> SECTION 4. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> • <br /> SECTION 5. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> 2 <br />
