Ms. Lyons will be replacing <br /> Fanny Au Hoy whose term had expired on December 31, <br /> 1996. <br /> • Lloyd S. Nakano is a 36-year resident of Hawaii and is <br /> the General Manager of the King Kamehameha Kona Beach <br /> Hotel since 1996. Prior to that, he was employed by <br /> the Kona Village Resort (1994-1996) and the Four <br /> Seasons Regent Hotels and Resorts (1988-1994). <br /> Mr. Nakano will be replacing Gregory G. Ogin whose <br /> term had expired on December 31, 1996. <br /> • Garrett Webb is a 19-year resident of Hawaii and is a <br /> self-employed landscaper DBA Kalaoa Gardens since <br /> 1987. Mr. Webb will be replacing J.
