APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Need to add tax filing to agenda. <br />N Parsons: It's the tax payment on unrelated business income from the 2023 HSAC <br />Conference that needs to be paid before October 20th. <br />a. September 20, 2024 Executive committee meeting. <br />No Amendments <br />4. REPORTS <br />a. Treasurer's Report <br />As of September 30th, 2024: <br />• The balance in the primary HSAC account: $82,871.52 <br />• The balance in the HSAC conference account: $326,764.60 <br />* Total deposit account balances: $409,63612 <br />CM Waters: Airbnb sent their sponsorship check and their golf of $5,800 to the main account. So it <br />didn't go to the conference account. <br />Motion to accept report for audit. Approved <br />b. County Reports: <br />i. County of Hawaii <br />CM Kimball: County of Hawaii will just stand on a written report. With the exception, I did want to <br />highlight that we conducted our 1st ever limited meeting under chapter 92, we did a site visit to a <br />property that we're considering a rezoning ordinance on. It was helpful to see the site in person. <br />ii. County of Kaua'i <br />CM Carvalho: We submit our written report as well. if you have any questions let me know. <br />iii. County of Maui <br />
