This appointment was effective at <br /> 12:00 noon on Monday, December 2, 2024. <br /> Mr. Houma was a Program Planner III with the Office of Aging since 2016. Prior to that <br /> position, in 2009 he served as the Deputy Director of Parks & Recreation.
