BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The developer of the Keolalani Subdivision in Waikoloa has constructed vacuum switch equipment on Tax <br />Map Key: (3) 6-8-041:023 (por.). HELCO requires a term easement to maintain the facilites on the County <br />owned parcel. The term easement will be for period of 65 years and was valued at $590.00 by an <br />independent appraisal.
