BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />$ 187,592.00 <br />$ 1130,351-00 <br />7,241.00 <br />The HTF Program is an allocation from HUD through HHFDC and.is received every three years on rotation between Kauai, Maui and <br />Hawaii Counties. <br />The HTF Program funds are used to produce, affordable housing through the acquisition, new construction, reconstruction, and/or <br />rehabilitation of non -luxury housing.With suitable amenities.
