Project's potential direct, secondary, and cumulative impacts to state <br /> roadways: Considering the distance to the closest State Highways, the <br /> project should have minimal impacts to Rt 19 and Rt 2000. Figures 5 and <br /> 6 of the TIA show AM and PM peak hour project trips distributed and. <br /> assigned out to the intersection of Kinoole Street/W Lanikaula Street <br /> and to Kinole Street/Mohouli Street. Considering the anticipated project <br /> trips at those intersections, very few trips are anticipated to travel to Rt <br /> 19 or Rt 2000. <br /> 3.a. Electrical vehicle charging stations are included in the proposal. <br /> 3.b. LED lighting is proposed for the buildings, sidewalks and parking. <br /> 3.c. Construction will conform to current development standards. <br />
