Mr. Stone said that as a manager he applies a varied approach to <br />managerial responsibilities including relying on his team, delegating appropriately, and being <br />hands on. <br />Pursuant to Article VI, Chapter 4, Section 6-4.2 of the Hawaii County Charter, the Director of <br />Information Technology is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. <br />Your Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs is in accord with the purpose <br />and intent of Communication No. 45, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of <br />Corey K.
